Restaurant renamed by former Weston restaurant owner Tim Collins
The restaurant was renamed "Seasons Restaurant at The Whistling Duck" at the end of 2007, after just over two years of increasing popularity, the new restaurant name also introduced new seasonally adjusted menus.
Although new to Banwell & Seasons Restaurant, Tim's career has taken his reputation as a talented chef from strength to strength at well known Somerset restaurants - from Duets in Weston super Mare to award winning restaurants - The Daneswood House in Shipham and The Almshouse in Axbridge.
