All dishes are freshly prepared from seasonal locally produced ingredients. The chef personally visits the suppliers and always chooses organic vegetables when they are available.

The flavour and texture of the meat, poultry and game dishes is enhanced by selecting the highest quality produce for all the dishes.

The beef is from naturally fed British beef breeds; lamb and pork are also from pasture fed stock, fully traceable to UK sources. The poultry and game are from a natural "free range" environment, again from guaranteed UK sources.

The fish is always fresh and caught when seaonally available - none is frozen. Flavourful cold water prawns, fished from the pollution free North Atlantic, are cooked, peeled, and individually quick frozen at sea ensuring ultimate freshness.

An emphasis is made on the absolute quality of the food and service for your enjoyment.
