Seasons Restaurant and Lounge Bar are part of the original Whistling Duck public house. This automatically brings back memories of the "boil in the bag" expression associated with pubs and pub restaurants.

Throughout the country the image of pub food has changed, very much for the better in most cases. We do see more exceptional changes where pubs now provide a first class service and produce high quality meals , at good value for money.

Seasons Restaurant is located in a pub, but the food is above the plateau of pub food. Although the dishes have Italian names, if you look closely at the menus you will see that most tastes, including vegetarian, are catered for on the comprehensive menus, and at affordable prices.

This is a refreshing breakaway from the pub food of yesteryear and your opinion of the "new look pub food" is highly valued.
